If you are having trouble signing in, the steps below will help you get back in. Most login problems come down to a mistyped detail or a forgotten password, both of which are quick to resolve.
Check your credentials
First, make sure you are using the correct email address and password. A few things worth double-checking:
- Confirm you are signing in with the email address registered to your account. If you have changed it recently, use the new one.
- Check that Caps Lock is off and there are no accidental spaces before or after your password.
- If your browser autofilled your details, try typing them in by hand, as a saved password may be out of date.
Reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it. On the sign-in page, select the password reset option, and we will send a reset link to your registered email address. Open the email, select Reset Password, and create a new password. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
Did not receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder, and confirm you requested it for the correct address. Reset emails usually arrive within a few minutes. If nothing comes through, the address may not match an account on file. For the full process, see Changing your email address and/or password.
Still cannot log in?
If you have tried the steps above and still cannot get in, a few general checks can rule out a browser or device problem: see Troubleshooting technical issues. If the problem continues, or you did not receive your reset email, contact our support team through the contact form and we will help you regain access.
