Your It's Complicated subscription is billed through Stripe. You can download invoices for your subscription payments at any time from the customer portal — useful for accounting, tax purposes, or expense reporting.
How to access your invoices
- Go to Settings → Subscription.
- Scroll down to the Billing Details section and click Go to Customer Portal.
- In the customer portal, scroll down to find your invoice history. Click on any invoice to download it as a PDF.
What else you can do in the customer portal
While you're there, you can also:
- Update your payment method
- Update your billing address
- Update your tax ID
💡 Note: The customer portal is powered by Stripe — It's Complicated's billing partner. Any changes you make there are reflected in your subscription immediately.
