Adding your availabilities to your profile makes it easy for potential new clients to see when they can book a first session, as well as makes it more convenient to manage bookings with your existing clients. Below we provide some tips on how to start using the availabilities feature on your profile.
Setting up your availability calendar
To set your availabilities on your profile page, go to the calendar settings section of your dashboard, and enable your availability calendar. Once your availabilities have been enabled, you can provide your working hours for each day of the week, the duration time of your appointments, and your minimum appointment booking notice time.
You can also add date-specific availabilities as well if you need to block off your availabilities on a certain date or a range of dates, for example if you are going on holiday.
To connect your external calendar with your It's Complicated calendar, go to your calendar settings area of your dashboard here, where you can import your external calendar. Events from the external calendars such as Google calendar or iCal will then be blocked off in your It's Complicated availability calendar, so that you are never double booked.
You can also export your It's Complicated calendar to your external calendar. That way all of your booked sessions on It’s Complicated will be visible in your external calendar as well.
