Practice management tools
It's Complicated provides a suite of tools designed to help you run your practice without needing separate software for each part of your workflow. All tools are GDPR-compliant and built specifically for mental health professionals.
- Video sessions — run GDPR-secure video calls with your clients directly through the platform, with no downloads required.
- Booking and scheduling — set your availability, let clients book directly from your profile, and sync with Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.
- Messaging and notes — communicate with your clients, keep encrypted clinical notes, and upload and store client documentation securely on the platform.
- Invoicing — send invoices to your clients with a prepay option or invoice them after sessions. You can track payments, track income, and manage payouts to your bank account via Stripe.
