Within the Workplace Mental Health Programme (EAP), It's Complicated collaborates with various corporate partners to provide their employees with free access to our counselling services. Companies typically purchase packages that include a set number of counselling sessions (e.g. 100 sessions), which their employees can use at no cost through our platform. This initiative aims to support mental well-being in the workplace by making professional mental health support readily accessible to employees.
What being part of the programme means for you as a therapist
As a therapist in the Workplace Mental Health Programme, you join our pool of therapists who are able to offer counselling to the employees of our corporate partners. These sessions are paid for by the employers, giving their employees free access to mental health services on our platform. You will be featured in our Workplace Mental Health Directory, which is accessible to employees when selecting EAP in the Session Cost filter. In addition to 1:1 sessions, you may also have opportunities to contribute to workshops, webinars, and leadership training programs, as requested by our partners.
How to join the programme
To join the Workplace Mental Health Programme, you need to have an active It's Complicated subscription. Eligible subscription plans include Basic, Essential, and Premium. Please note that therapists on a Free Plan are not able to participate in this programme.
To join the Workplace Mental Health Programme, start by filling out the contract survey in the Programme Settings in your Dashboard. After you submit the survey, we will review your profile and reach out to you to make sure you understand how the programme works and what being part of this programme means for you. Once approved, you will be added to the programme and will receive an automated welcome email confirming your participation. This email will also provide you with additional information about the programme.
How to manage your participation in the programme
You have full control over your participation in the Workplace Mental Health Program. To pause, cancel, or reactivate your participation at any time, simply visit the Programme Settings in your Dashboard. This feature allows you to manage your involvement easily according to your current needs and circumstances. We kindly ask you to keep your status up to date to reflect your actual availability for potential EAP clients.
