If you're having trouble signing in to your account, the steps below will help you get back in. Most login problems come down to a mistyped credential or a forgotten password, both of which are quick to resolve.
Check your credentials
First, make sure you're using the correct email address and password. A few things worth double-checking:
- Confirm you're signing in with the email address registered to your account. If you've changed it recently, use your new email.
- Check that Caps Lock is off and there are no accidental spaces before or after your password.
- If your browser autofilled your details, try typing them in manually — a saved password may be out of date.
Reset your password
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it. On the login page, use the password reset option, and we'll send a reset link to your registered email address. Open the email, click Reset Password, and create a new password. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
Still can't log in?
If you've tried the steps above and still can't access your account, a few general troubleshooting steps can help rule out browser or device issues — see Troubleshooting technical issues with the platform.
If the problem persists or you didn't receive your reset email, contact our support team through the contact support form and we'll help you regain access.
