Client notes and messages are accessible as long as the practitioner account is on the platform. Even if a client deletes their account, they will be kept and accessible to the practitioner.
To do an export of your client data, go the the My Clients section of your dashboard, select the client whose data you would like to export, and then click the ‘Client Data Export’ CTA. You will be provided a client identifier number. Please then reach out to us via the contact form with this identifier number so that we can begin exporting this data for you.
