We offer three membership plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of practitioners looking to grow their practice and manage their practice effectively. Below is an overview of each plan and important information on membership billing periods and cancellation terms to consider as you start your membership on It's Complicated.
Difference between plans
The Basic plan is designed for therapists who want to enhance their online visibility and connect with a professional community. With this plan, you will receive an SEO-optimized profile, visibility in both our international and local therapist directories, a basic set of office management tools, and access to our community of mental health practitioners for networking and support. This plan is ideal if you are looking to gain more online exposure and connect with a vibrant community of professionals.
The Essential plan builds on the Basic plan, offering additional tools and features to help you manage your practice more effectively. This plan is well-suited if you want to use our platform to manage your practice and attract a larger number of clients.
The Premium plan offers the most comprehensive set of features, empowering you to fully optimize your practice and maximize client acquisition. With this plan, you receive everything included in the Essential plan, as well as a richer profile with features like an online profile video and higher visibility in our therapist directory to further boost your exposure. This plan is best for therapists who want to use our platform as a one-stop shop for running their practice and consistently generating leads.
Your subscription begins on the day you pay the full fee and will automatically renew on the same date for the next billing cycle, whether monthly or yearly. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Note that any subscription fees charged up until that point will not be refunded.
Cancellation terms
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, make sure to cancel your subscription before the last day of your current subscription. For monthly subscriptions, cancelling before the last day of the subscription cycle ensures you won’t be charged for the following month. For yearly subscriptions, cancelling before the last day of the subscription cycle prevents renewal for the next year. Note that any subscription fees charged up until that point will not be refunded.
If you cancel your membership, you will still be able to access your dashboard with all your conversations with your clients. All other benefits, such as being listed in the main directory, the booking and calendar feature, invoicing system, profile statistics, social widgets, video solution, and access to the community will no longer be available.
